This isn't the real game - it's a whole football universe built from scratch. Every country has its own league pyramid, and it gets DEEPER as more managers arrive: when the bottom division fills up, another one is built beneath it. You come in at the bottom and climb, one division at a time, towards League 1. Nobody is handed a head start - not even the people who got here first.
Here, no one buys their way to the top. The champions and the strugglers share the same money, the same ground, the same crowd. There are no rich clubs and no easy titles. Whether you rise or fall comes down to one thing: how well you manage.
Scout sharper than your rivals. Coach your own kids into stars. Keep your best players happy - or watch them ask to leave. Every decision carries a twist of luck, so there's no cheat sheet and no solved game. Just you, your judgement, and a club to build from nothing.

So begruesst dich das Spiel - dein Name, ein Spitzname, was du willst. Leer lassen und du bist "Der Trainer".
Your club plays in this country's pyramid, and your matches resolve at 3am local time. If nobody has played here yet, we will build the league for you.
The hoardings at your ground carry local businesses: firms near you who can't afford TV or the papers get a cheap, honest board at the match. Your county is how we put the right ones in front of you. We only ever use it for that. Rather not say? You'll see national adverts instead.
You sign in with this, and it's where match reports, transfer news and 44 Boots events reach you. Never sold or shared.
